• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). You agree to Stripe's terms of service as applicable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Limitation of Liability

You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Travel Quote operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
